Amlino provides a comprehensive school management system that includes student information management, academic tracking, communication tools, and administrative features designed for educational institutions.

Support Services

We provide technical support, training, and consultation services to help educational institutions effectively implement and use our software solutions.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all data you input into our system is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You must have proper authorization to input and manage educational data.

Subscription Fees

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

Late Payments

Service Limitations

Liability Cap

In no event shall Amlino's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Consequential Damages

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, you will remain liable for all charges incurred up to the termination date.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that harm our business or other users.

Data Export

Upon termination, we will provide you with the ability to export your data for a period of 30 days, after which your data may be permanently deleted.
